according to the instruction is one spoon per 100ml . is it teaspoon or table spoon ?

Did You get measuring spoon 0,05ml to Coral Food?

pretty much what it is,
It comes with Pro Bio F powder and the coral food powder, maybe others, but these are 2 that I am using.
