RO float bracket for aquarium mount?
I want to collect and store my RO/DI water in a glass aquarium (for several reasons I'd rather not go into here and now). Rather than drill a glass aquarium for installation of the RO float does anyone sell a bracket that SECURELY clamps onto the side of a glass aquarium- eliminating the need to drill a hole in glass?

I am using an Eshopps on a standard 29G that I use to mix in. I had to trim the plastic rim at the top slightly but have not have any issues with it.

Might have to trim a bit of the top trim/ frame on your tank, but this might work (I am using on a 20L as an RO reservoir below my 29g mixing tank):

Here is what I do. I use these high quality Reef Fanatic float switches. They include a nifty little bracket and some suction cups. I ditch the suction cups and glue the bracket to cheap magnet scrubbers. Then I have my float switches mounted to something that allows me to adjust the level sensor height. I’ve been using these floats for over 7 years (have 4 in my system) and never had a failure. This is the same method I use for all the custom aquarium installs I get involved with. Perhaps this would be an option for you as it’s very simple and reliable.
Here is the switch with the bracket: https://premiumaquatics.com/products...ensor-kit.html And the float switch and bracket. Notice this switch only has one wire coming out of the switch? It makes for a much better seal going into the switch. That is the weak link on most cheap float switches and the number one cause of failure aside from the barrel sticking due to crappy tolerances on cheap Chinese float switches. There are two wires inside the cable. This switch is made by Madison though. Switch brackets epoxied to a cheap magnet scrubbers wetside. These are “Sump Too High” and “Sump Too Low” sensors that are part of the failsafes that I employ. Redundant ATO float switches.

Lots of great ideas- thanks!
I already have float, connections and and RO tubing.
I wondered if anybody sold just a bracket. I suppose I could make one... Or simply spring for an entirely new unit.
