Duncan Coral mouth ripped/infected?
https://imgur.com/a/W6PEO
Hi guys~ I have a 7 headed duncan coral, and this one head (of course which is pointing towards the display glass so I can obsess over) seems to have a rip/infection around its mouth. Is there anything to do now except wait it out? If it's an infected head, should I use a dremel and cut it off? There are two little heads growing out of this head which would be a bummer. Thanks! -edit - I have two clownfish, a firefish, 2 hermit crabs, 3 sexy shrimp, assorted snails. The hermit crabs can't really reach it since it's branched out long and I can't imagine them being nimble enough to get to this head. |

I wouldn't even mess with it. Given the right conditions it should heal up over time.

And then I stayed late at work and didnt interact with my tank for a day, and on the next day saw it completely healed! No hole, no yellow damaged tissue. So hardy |
