hermit crab id

hello everyone,

I'm just getting back into the hobby. i picked up what i thought were red legs but I'm not sure since they have been in the tank they have been on a killing spree. they have taken out all my snails which spike the tank killing my clowns and now are moving to wipe out my zoo's. Can anyone confirm what type of hermits they are? thanks for the help.

Looks like some Zebras that I have. Mine don't bother the snails, though. Hard to see through the algae. Can you post a better pic?

Moved to a new forum for more views.

I would remove the animals. They clearly are destructive, and they aren't going to change their habits.

thanks for moving me.

i returned the hermits and they gave me some new snails to put in the tank.

they claim that they are red legs but still took them back, so i'm happy.

thanks everyone

Those are my favorites, I can never remember the name... mine haven't ever killed anything.

I've had a few mean red legs before, but I've never had a destructive scarlet.
