Wavemaker placement help

Hi

My tank is 24" W x 12" D x 14" H

I have an aquaclear on left end.
Aquaticlife 115 nano skimmer next to the ac70
on the back side.

I have a single jebao pp-4. What is optimal
position? Pointing up to displace water or
point down towards sand?

side dept of tank is only 12", do I place
6" dead center or towards corner of tank.

Do I really need 2 wave makers on both ends
in such a small tank?

You put it where it seems to provide the best flow for your tank/rock placement,etc.. to avoid dead spots, to not blow corals over,etc....

This is a decision you need to make based on being there in front of the tank.. No one can tell you the best position for your exact situation (but some will try I'm sure)...

Of course, I will be that person. Lol. I have a 24" tank myself and have 1 powerhead higher up on one side of the tank pointed up, and one powerhead close to the bottom on the other side pointed straight out right over the sandbed in front. I find that works best for me.
