Herbie Overflow Return Lines
For folks who are running a Herbie style overflow, can you tell me what you use and how you secure the return coming over the top edge of the tank?
Any pics? Thanks. |

I don't have live but I got zip tie connectors. They have sticky back and a place to zip tie to them. I ran them up the stand and the back of the tank every 4 inches or so ( overkill) and that holds things strong.

I'd be nervous relying on stick on zip tie holders, but if I used screws on them I suppose I could sleep at night
![]() I have my return hard plumbed and secured with simple metal U clamps from HD. Seems to work well as long as the pipes are positioned so that you won't be prone to bumping into them much.
