my tank with pics (dial up beware)

seeing how there is little to no action going on in here, i thought i'd post a thread about my tank to jazz things up a bit.

specs as of right now:

125g oceanic nature's view
~20g rubbermade sump
languna pondmaster 7000 return pump
2 modified amiracle hang on overflows
turboflotor t1000 protein skimmer
2x250 iwasaki ran on mercury vapor ballasts in a diy canopy
~70 lbs of liverock
~150-200 lbs of a mixture of southdown and purearagonite sand

livestock:

fish:
4" porcupine puffer
1" yellow tail damsel

inverts:
1 peppermint shrimp
a handfull of zebra leg hermits
8 or so astrea snails
bunches of smaller snails

corals:
assorted mushrooms
green star polyps
candy cane
1 unidentified polyp

pictures

full tank w/ flash

saki's

sump area

porc puffer in the open

sleepin

yellow tail (crappy picture)

some of the mushrooms

green stars and green stripe mushrooms

candy cane

future plans:

actinic to balance out the iwasakis
refugium
clean up the sump area
moonlighting
more rock - either live or dead, just more
more fish - thinking a six line, perhaps a longnose butterfly, who knows what else
more coral - probably just a bunch of easy crap like xenia, leathers, some lps, ricordias and zoos (maybe some montis someday)

and that's about it

special thanks go to uryy4me, latazyo, despot101, scsuboy, lilswanswillow, phillip, lunchbucket, the RRVAC, the folks at the TCMAS forum, the Greater Minn Forum guys, and K9 Country Club

thanks for looking

Things are good, still in bismarck. Wife is good, and our daughter (Honor) is going to be 2 months old on the 9th. tank is down to 10gal now. needed something easier to care for. ill have to try to post pics soon.

your new setup looks pretty well put together, nice job.

The forum is still up, but there hasn't been any meeting for quite awhile now.
