Those fish are WAY to big for that small aquarium.

Yeah that tank is extremely small for those fish, I personally don't care for freshwater fish, I just stumbled onto that video while looking at random aquarium videos...never heard of feeding mice to fish though, it's a brutal video but that's the natural order of things.

why the heck is the guy wearing gloves?
i felt really bad for the mouse :(

neat feeding video, but i would of been content with watching them eat gold fish and not mice.

A fish eating a live mouse... First for me & it is brutal. That's nature. What's not nature is that 22" monster in a 125g tank WITH Oscars. Huge fish & the big one could barely turn around. Thanks for the video but some people just don't think or care about keeping those large breeds. Let's put 40 tangs in a 55g tank :) Great Idea!

Although looks brutal, in reality if you think about it, it's not much different than feeding live feeder fish or shrimp to our bigger predatory fish, both are still live.

Oh, don't bring that one up again, that's been dead for a while...you'll have the Tang Police on the case in a new york minute.

I love dumbasses in this hobby. Like my friend wanting to put sharks in his pond inside his florida room.. Somehow I think, he thinks this will make him a badass.

Arowanas eat monkeys too. I saw on a nature show that this monkey was eating on a branch over the river and when the berries hit the water it attracted the arowana. Then the arowana jumped 6 feet out of the river and grabbed the monkey off his branch. The arowana was like 6 foot long and ate him whole.

I didn't see anything offensive.

Nothing wrong with feeding mice to fish. Its a lot less brutal than watching a snake squeeze the life out of mouse. At least with fish the mouse disappears in an instant

Fish gotta eat, snakes gotta eat, we all gotta eat. If god didn't want us to eat animals, he wouldn't have made them taste so good.

Yes the mouse disappears pretty fast...(after being nipped and bit and drug under water 10 times) but I'm wondering how long it actually takes the mouse to die after swallowed?

That's true, but normally people will hit the rat against the wall or give it a good strong flick to the skull which basically knocks the rat/mouse out. It kinda disturbs me cause the mouse was fighting to stay a float while the fish were trying to eat it. And in nature, the mouse has a fighting chance to get to safety :P

that mouse was hating life man! I know it's not a suitable feed but I wonder if a really big lionfish could eat a little mouse like that?

I am pretty confident that if a lion fish saw a mouse appetizing it couldnt do what it wanted with it lol
