lol,I have 2 550s, 4 150s, an Otto, a Bashea,a UV and all are running off a Lifeguard Aquatics 1200. All except for
2 of the 150's are in a nitrate/sulfur/calcium reactor, which of course us slow flow, I run one of the 2 150's as a phosguard chamber, and the other has carbon.
With the pressure required of the nnr farm, I still can tumble the phosguard and carbon if I wished with that pump. It is running full blast and I valve everything including the UV. The reactors really don't need a lot.
If I remember correctly, I think a while ago just to play around, I actually, no,I remember, the nnr will run off a mini jet 606, and you can also tumble gfo with that little pump, but it depends on hire you want it to tumble. I don't tumble fast except when I tried bio pellets. Everything else including gfo, barely moves by choice for max contact time.
But that 1200 would do it no sweat!
