I big congratulations to Dang who is very deserving of the TOM. I've know Dang for years and it was a real pleasure to shoot a ton of pics for the write up. Here is a link to the photography forum where I posted larger resolution pictures from the photo shoot. Congrats again Dang!

Dang, I love the bio. It's great to see success on the heals of despair. I also love the environmental proximity applied with such success as well, the DIY tweaks.
Why do you use RO water only and not RO/DI? just curious.

Awesome tank, Dang.
I'm curious to know if you have any issues with your pipefish in a tank with so much flow and such large tank mates. |

I have watched those pipefish for long periods and they love Dang's tank. There are many areas of low flow within it so they are very happy campers in this system.
Dang's tank is very unusual because there is such a high level of diversity within the system, and he has corals growing in areas you just wouldn't think possible. Sometimes SPS corals fall in a corner out of the way and are virtually impossible to extract. There they have seemingly little light or flow, yet in Dang's tank they thrive.
