Powerhead & Skimmer Recommendations?
Ok both are for different tanks but I need some input!
I tried to cheat my way around a skimmer for my 40G tall seahorse tank, but it's just becoming apparent with my nitrate and ammonia spikes after feeding that I need to get one unless I want to spend my entire life doing water changes. The tank consists of 2 Kuda Seahorses. Considering another pair in the future but uncertain. Suggestions? Hang on back is necessity as I do not have a sump. Secondly - I'm setting up a 29G biocube for a small reef tank. The flow isn't cutting it without a powerhead... What kind should I get? I was thinking a Hydor Koralia but idk what size is best. My last reef tank was a 70G so it's a little different dealing with such a small tank for me. What's your opinions between Wave Makers vs Powerheads? |

Option 2 you could get the tunze 6020 or 6040's. The 6040 is controllable.
