new 400 with large fish what meds to keep on hand

I QT everything for 6 weeks but other than prazi and cuppermine what other meds do you guys keep at the ready ?

* Copper, ideally cupramine - for ich and other external parasites plus the Seachem test kit for copper
* Chloroquine phosphate for treatment of velvet (pure form)
* Praziquantel - for flukes and worms
* nitrofurazone - for open wounds or sores
* Metronidazole - for intestinal and other protozoa
* Formalin - for brook, uronema and other external parasites
* Erythromycin and Minocycline - for bacterial prevention/treatment
* Food enhancers such as Selcon, Vitality,

Steve pretty much nailed the list. I would add kanamycin to the list of anti-bacterial meds; very effective and gentle on fish.

Yes, sorry, that is correct. Some would also add garlic as an appetite stimulant but I no longer advise that.
