Replacment block for bk160

The cord going into block is torn, can this be repaired or needs to be replaced? Went to website and says parts not available, this been a recent issue or been out for awhile? Thx

If the power cord is damaged, the motor should be replaced. If the cord is damaged a little bit away from the motor block, you could probably get away with some liquid electrical tape but there are no guarantees that you won’t have an issue. We have a number of different Generations of the Mini 160. Does your pump have the AKB which is the red tube that runs from the output side of the pump to the rear of the motor block?
If so, this is the correct replacement block which shows in US stock and would ship from our Ft. Myers warehouse.

Tried to order earlier but it was showing it is not available, now it wont add to cart, can you verify part availability? Is there a possibility of phone order if website is not working?

You likely were using a mobile browser or Safari on a Mac and errored out during the order process. Our website seems to have some issues with certain browser version which they are working on correcting. Log into our website and go to your order history. Check and see if there is an order in there. if there is, our factory will send you an invoice with a payment link to complete the order.

Which one do you need? AKB version or non AKB version? From what I can tell on my end, both should be in stock. Did you check to see if you had an order that errored by logging in and checking your order history? If you do, you should get an update from our factory tonight if not tomorrow morning as they monitor all US orders and send the packing lists to Ft. Myers.

Need the AKB version for bk160, added to cart and said it was out of stock, if that is incorrect let me know. I sent a request for an update through the RE website. I didnt want to order, pay and then findout its not available. Let me know if that is incorrect
