Aptasia???

I am not sure if this is actually aptasia. I was inspecting my rock for pests and spotted a few of theses at the the mm size. I also found a transparent worm, any ideas? May be multiples or one long one.

Yep, that's Aiptatsia alright. I'm not sure about the worm, although a Peanut worm did come to mind first.

Does the worm move? If not, it might be a type of sponge.

Edit - I can see from the two pics that it did move a little.
