Everyone mailed has paid --Thank you.
SO I ordered a 3 & 6 roller head for the pump. Came in today. The 3 roller unit does NOT have extra shafts for more rollers, so I think it would have to be looked @ carefully if you were to just cut off 3 rollers. The head is held on the shaft by an Allen head screw in the center of the rollers.

$185+ shipping is a killer deal for one of those pumps! I’d like to monitor how well these pumps work for everyone on a long term basis. I was fortunate enough to recently score a virtually brand new Watson Marlow 505U for $300 on eBay so I jumped on it.

BigBlueTangs pump is starting to make some noise. Cool little pump but I'm worried about it's longevity. Once a year head replacement is going to add up

Having problems with my pump.
Had to get a new board since I fried my old one. Got the new one installed but the pump is not running constantly unless I have it set to dose more than 40 ml/min. I ran the calibration a bunch of times. I set it to 40 ml, and while running for the 1 min calibration it runs for 2 seconds and stops for 2 seconds and repeats for the whole minute. By the end I have about 12 ml of water. So I input 12 ml and then run it again. Same thing. When running... the lower the set dose, the shorter the run time and longer the pause. It's like it's trying to match the output to the calibration or something. Like instead of running slower, it's running less time per minute by using pauses. Any idea what's going on?

That’s not reassuring. I have 2 of these pumps install on new calcium reactors for customers. One will get installed this coming Friday.

But now with the new board, wondering why it's acting the way it is. These things ain't no Cole-Parmer, that's for sure... but for the price.... As far as the heads... no way plastic rollers will run continuously for very long.

Mine started to make a noise from the rollers.
I moved it towards the output tube & the noise went away???? Figured it was because I did something without looking & it fell off the shelf. I have 2 new heads, a 3 & a 6 roller unit. Cheap from mfg. Just that darn shipping.

Mine has been running non-stop since 19-Jul-18. So basically 3 months.
No problems, super quiet, drip rate seems steady and the same. dKh, Ca, Mg doesn't move.
