Question Adequate lighting?

Basically, I’m looking to keep a clam in my tank, but I’m very confused about whether or not my lighting is good enough. I have a 60g (48”x13”x24”) with a 3in sandbed. I’m running two t5 HO 10k (108 Watts) and 59watts of led lighting over an acrylic top. Is there a way I can estimate my par levels without a par meter?
Thanks
