they can be. Although they may just be cleaning the corals of algae etc. Either way, they definately have a way of irritating certain sps's

Mine was quickly banished to another tank! I have a midas blenny now that I think looks much better and has been a model citizen so far.

Well I just lost a Nice Stylo frag to my Bi-color Blenny. Actually caught it nipping it the other day. I didnt see anything about that when I was doing my research. Good thing there is room in my 12 gallon. *Sigh*
