which ballast and bulb

Try int o figure out what is going to be the best ballast and bulb combo for our frag tank. The tank is 44''x42''x28'' inches deep. The rack will hold the corals approx 10 to 12 inches below the water line. Dont know whether to go with a 250 or 400 watt. We like the radium look but are afraid its gonna be too blue. And if anyone has any pics of sps tanks without supplemental lights. Thanks mike
