Problem with icecap 660

I am having problems with my 660, using it to run 4 36" t5's, it was working now all of a sudden when you power it on, lights come on and then go right off, i have 2 of these 660's and they both do the same thing, anyone had this problem or know where to start

Have you checked the endcaps? Sounds like one of your endcaps might be loose or a bulb isn't firmly seated in an endcap.

Check to make sure you have good connections and no cracks or corrosion on the endcap terminals. If everything looks good then try different light tubes. If it's still doing it after that and all looks good then the ballast will most likely need to be repaired or replaced.

The bulb is out or the ballast is bad. Last time that happen a bulb needed to be replaced.
